Tebra is super user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy. I also find the client information readily available and accessible, which simplifies billing and accessing client details.

Kareo’s customer service is, by far, the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve worked with many EHRs and billing software platforms, and Kareo is easily the most user-friendly. There aren’t a ton of extra steps to complete the tasks I need to get done, and there’s an abundance of customizable reports that help keep you on track.

Tebra is easy to use once you’re familiar with it, and it stays clear and straightforward when you’re working with claims. Tracking the status of a medical claim can be difficult, but Tebra makes it much easier to see exactly where you’re at in the process.
