The platform is overall very user-friendly

The simplicity and ease it was connecting to my BigCommerce store. I'm early on in the process, but so far customer service has been outstanding.

I am not very good with foreign languages and international payments, so when I first started using the Tapfiliate platform, there was a small misunderstanding, and the mistake came from my side. However, the team at info@tapfiliate.com is truly wonderful. I contacted them via email and Sonya replied promptly and resolved the issue quickly. I believe the Tapfiliate platform truly deserves our long-term commitment.
