What we appreciate most is the customer service. Whenever we have a specific request, the team takes the time to talk it through with us and brainstorm the best way forward. Sonya is always happy to hop on a call, and we genuinely feel that she treats us as a partner rather than just another customer. The team is also very open to feedback and willing to consider how features could be improved for their clients.

I like Tapfiliate because it is flexible and practical for both the advertiser and affiliates. The support team is very helpful and responsive. Multi-currency support is especially useful for running our international affiliate program. From the admin side, I like having access to the API, which gives us more flexibility to automate processes and connect Tapfiliate with our internal systems. Reporting and exports are also useful for managing and analysing affiliate performance. From the affiliate side, postbacks are a very important feature. They allow larger partners and affiliate networks to receive conversion data directly in their own tracking systems. The affiliate dashboard also gives partners good visibility into their clicks, conversions, commissions, and payouts.

Communication and the UI are excellent. I’ve been using this product for years now, and it continues to work well for me.
