TapClicks is hands down the best reporting and data platform. When deciding which tool my agency would use, I tested at least 5-6 of other of the major and more affordable alternatives, but decided that TapClicks was worth the investment mainly because of these reasons: -It has the best-looking dashboards + they are highly customizable (from styles to data filtering) -The number of data sources that can be connected -The ability to connect Google Sheets as a data source, which means you can import data from additional platforms or offline -The ability to also send data to Google Sheets in order to build custom spreadsheets pulling data from multiple data sources (similar to Supermetrics) -Custom metrics, calculations and custom channels (merging data sources with custom metrics, etc.) for every client Simply put, I feel that I can create almost any kind of dashboard or report with TapClicks, which is not something I felt while testing other tools. It changes the way we report and communicate with clients, as we use TapClicks as an all-in-one place to analyze all the data from all the services we provide.
