The automations are great, you simply drop a new hire into the flow and all things are triggered in a timely manner, with all the notifications that we set up upfront. I love how easy it is to personalize automatically triggered emails, tasks flow to different people in the company (IT, EA, People Team, Hiring Manager, etc).
