I use Tamr for mastering, enriching, and cleaning records from multiple CRM, ERP, and MAP systems across various operating companies. I like that it solves our core MDM needs effectively and without the unnecessary complexity found in other major MDM tools. The strong matching and deduplication capabilities create a golden record, and its scalable entity resolution handles millions of entities while maintaining high quality, trusted data lineage, and transparency. Tamr integrates well with our Snowflake architecture with low operational effort, and setting it up was relatively easy due to its straightforward configuration.

What stands out most is Tamr's AI-native approach to entity resolution and mastering. Unlike traditional rule-based MDM platforms, it can rapidly identify and cluster complex duplicates while still providing transparency and human oversight where required. This significantly reduces the time and effort needed to build and maintain matching logic. We have also found the platform to be highly scalable, capable of handling very large datasets, and flexible enough to integrate into modern cloud data architectures. The vendor itself has also been a real strength—knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in the success of our implementations rather than simply supplying software.

The UI is easy to use and feels intuitive. The model for clustering profiles is sophisticated and delivers the kind of structure I was looking for. Customer support has also been great—responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.
