Great platform with fantastic use cases and features, but could use some slight upgrades

Overall, I think Talon.One is very easy to use, and have a number of excellent features and uses that make it easy for me to navigate the best way to incentivize my company's clients. I use the coupon feature the most, but have worked with my excellent customer success manager to learn how to implement referrals and gift cards into my marketing campaigns with ease.

Good Promo engine, great customer support

|Talon.One
Integration to CDP and to Customer Engagement Platform. Customer support is very efficient and helpful. At the beginning, it could be a little hard to get used to its logic, but once you get in the right mindset it gets pretty straightforward. Good UI and UX.
