Talking Points is quick and easy to use. Ease of implementation, integration, and features are all excellent.

I am a K-12 ESL teacher. My district uses Remind and Class Dojo. Many of my parents do not respond to messages because they have to download the apps, have smartphones, etc. TalkingPoints is perfect because parents don't have to do anything to receive messages. They go straight to their text messages. I only use TalkingPoints to contact my families!
