Talking Points has opened up communication with my non-English speaking families and has allowed me to serve them in ways I couldn't before. Once the relationship is established, my student's parents can reach out to me anytime with their questions and concerns. I also like how a PDF of our conversations can be saved and that the doc includes a transcript of both English and the native language of the person I am communicating with.
