Although it is challenging to pinpoint the exact dollar amount saved, it is evident that the tool has played a significant role in boosting profitability compared to our previous, less structured approach that lacked formal oversight and approvals.
Another advantage we have noticed is an increased understanding of how certain services and incentives affect our resources. This awareness has allowed us to allocate resources more effectively, directing them to areas where they can generate the most value.

One of the best software experiences I've had
Talewind's proposal software saves our team a lot of time creating proposals and makes a better experience for our buyers. You get out what you put in - we spent a lot of time on implementation getting our documents and flows dialed in but that work paid off once we went live. Talewind handled so much of the implementation work on their end. They put a heavy emphasis on the service portion of software-as-a-service in a way that other vendors don't. We continue to iterate on our MVP and they provide the support we need when we need it. I had 3 pieces of critical feedback from my sales team on a Friday. I passed that to Talewind and we had 3 new features by the next Friday that addressed those problems. I use the tool every day and love being able to easily review proposals and make changes while I'm on the go.
