We've been a Systemware customer for over 30 years using their content management suite of z System software. Recently, we had migrated to Systemware's Enterprise Content Management (Content Cloud) after carefully evaluated it and a few others similar solutions from their competitors. We are happy to have chosen Content Cloud. It provided features and functionalities meeting all our requirements, and it's user friendly which is very important to our users. Systemware's project implementation team provided excellent services and support. There were several unplanned customizations requested on our side which threw the project timeline off. They worked patiently with us through the whole process.

How efficient the system is and i mean the compression and speed.

For nearly eight years, I've been part of this Systemware's journey, relying on a content management system. Their platform has significantly eased my work life and those of my colleagues, swiftly resolving any issues that arise. Recently, we encountered trouble pulling multiple documents simultaneously, but Systemware promptly introduced the Content Packager. It enabled us to select and download numerous documents into a PDF or zip file, proving invaluable for subpoenas and research requests.
