The powerful and efficient search functionality within a book map makes it easier to update entire books in one go, and the built-in terminology checker supports uniform usage of keywords by all writers, adding to its utility and value for my team.

The editor is stable and efficient. It handles large XML files with ease. The customizable user interface makes it user-friendly. It has a clear concise view of all the icons and features which are easy to understand and for basic use. It has documentation which is helpful in understanding the application better. As the frequency of use is limited to me using it for editing XML files, it still works better than other editors for it.

When writing DITA topics, Oxygen XML Editor indicates how to validate the various elements and indicates well how to fix structuring issues. We can also easily replace elements on several topics at the same time.
