Connect your bank and credit card accounts, and Switch, the AI bookkeeper inside Switchbooks, categorizes and posts transactions, matches transfers, reconciles accounts to bank statements, books journal entries and makes rules, all from a simple chat. You can turn on a weekly check where he does the work and leaves you a short note. Reports include Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and General Ledger, with exports to Excel or Google Sheets. If you run several companies, one login covers all of them, with combined reports across companies included. Switchbooks also works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Grok Bot, so you can do your books from the assistant you already use. Moving from QuickBooks Online takes three CSV exports.
