What I like about SwitchBooks is that I can send clarification requests directly to clients through the platform. I no longer need to create a separate spreadsheet to list all the transactions that need clarification. Everything can be done in SwitchBooks, from preparing and sending requests to receiving client responses in one place. It makes the whole process much more efficient and easier to manage.
