I like that it is video first and there is a lot of flexibility in setting up the spaces and hubs. There are also a lot of features, and the team are adding new ones all the time, that help with navigation of the spaces and hubs. The Swarm team are brilliant at getting back to you quickly if you have any issues. Their support is really good. The Hive, a community for swarm users, is also excellent and helpful for tips and tricks and feeling connected. They are also open to suggestions from their Hive community for improvements.
