What I like most about Sutra is how the platform continues to evolve and the variety of features it now offers, creating new possibilities for building meaningful learning experiences and communities. I appreciate its flexibility to design different experiences, from structured courses to interactive communities and self-paced learning journeys. Beyond the technology, I truly appreciate the human side of Sutra. Lorraine, Natasha, and the entire team are approachable, responsive, and always willing to offer guidance and support whenever needed. That personal connection makes a real difference!

It’s easy to use—plug-and-play and interactive. I’ve used it with Google Docs and email, and everything works seamlessly. The platform also uses AI functionality to monitor discussions and provide automated responses that help keep the dialogue going in the community forum.

First, Sutra knows how to design for interactive engagement. I've discovered I can apply multiple design elements to enhance a live call, bring more life to existing content or build a good home for a group. For example, their AI can identify relevant themes across a group's discussion and help everyone follow an evolving topic over time.

Second, I like being able to support a quality platform built by people with a mission to support conscious creators. The team is incredibly responsive and a true pleasure to learn from. They keep pushing their own creative edges and inspire their users to do the same.

Third, they've attracted a great community of practitioners whose work invites me to think more broadly about my own.

Finally, it's very helpful to manage (and automate) a whole stream of engagement touchpoints within a single app/platform, at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Sutra, for understanding your customers!
