Simple to Use, but Challenges with Complex Surveys

I use SurveyLegend for sending out surveys to our customers, specifically NPS and satisfaction surveys. It helps simplify the process of sending them out successfully and lets me know if my customers received the survey, opened it, or if it went to their junk. I find it simple to use with a good UX. The initial setup was very easy.

Effortless Surveys with Seamless CRM Integration

I use SurveyLegend to send surveys to our clients after resolving their queries and appreciate that it solves our need for a simple and easy tool to gather client feedback. It's great that we can create surveys with minimal effort, and everything works as expected. I like how we've integrated it with our CRM tool via API, enabling us to send surveys automatically when a ticket is marked resolved, and we receive notifications when a survey is filled out, allowing for real-time tracking. SurveyLegend is doing an excellent job with zero downtime. Setting up different types of surveys and determining when they should be sent is also appreciated. Additionally, the ability to track survey analytics and dive into granularities is valuable for us.

I really like SurveyLegend's intuitive and professional polished user interface. It's very easy to use, making it a joy to create surveys. The tool makes it easy for us to work with and helps us create good-performing surveys. We use it more often now, and everything works like a charm.
