Contrary to previous posters I have been using SureDone for 2-1/2 years and can only praise their efforts. They have made huge investments into infrastructure and processing speeds are lightning fast. They have done a lot of customization and very responsive to issue resolution and response to issues. I find that generally I hear from one of their support people within 1 - 2 hours. I was a user on another system (C******Adv****) and found that system very very good but at too high of a cost. They were also very slow to respond and very very $$$ for any customization. VERY VERY Happy with our decision... we will be long time partners with them!

It definitely has all of the basic necessities to run a successful business
