Super makes property management... enjoyable?

It combines a lot of tools that I woud otherwise implement seperately, and by nature then would be disconnected. Email, to-do lists, reminders, calendar based notifications... these are all things that I have other tools for, but would much prefer they work in concert so that nothing falls through the cracks.

Easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to have everyone adopt the platform; residents can continue to use text and email if they want, and aren't forced to download anything or go through a tedious onboarding – an issue we had with other software in the past that left us with a lot of terrible missed communication holes. Super has been an improvement to our communications as a building, both internally, as well as with folks like staff and our vendors. Plus, I like that all of this information and past communications are cataloged and stored so we can always pull up a certificate of insurance, why we made certain decisions, or decided to hire a particular contractor.
