They are receptive to new ideas, happy to come up with solutions together, are great with working with specific budgets and requirements, and are a very quick to respond/ easy to work with. They are very knowledgable about their craft and help every step along the way.

The platform itself is very user friendly. We've been able to create videos in a matter of hours without a ton of technical support or knowledge on how to create a video. The personalization is also very easy to do! Setup was super easy, and we've been making videos much more often than in the past.
