The platform supports 25+ business applications, including QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, MISys, ECI JobBOSS, and UPS WorldShip, plus custom and industry-specific software. Each customer gets a dedicated server environment rather than shared infrastructure. Users connect through a full cloud desktop with no VPN required, automatic printer mapping, and no inactivity timeouts for unattended connector jobs.
