An amazing CRM system

We migrated to the cloud-based Sell Premier version last year (from an on-premise Enterprise version) and it is day and night. Sugar Sell Premier offers new, state-of-the-art features such as enhanced forecasting and geo-mapping, which make our sales people's lives easier. We also gained visibility on new KPIs such as "days in stage" for opportunities, which allows for more targeted actions, in particular when onboarding new clients. Best move ever.

We have an efficient commercial follow-up tool that greatly facilitates collaboration

The solution still offers top-notch customization capabilities, but there is a significant lack of innovation—particularly when it comes to AI in CRM—and the ecosystem of add-ons and connectors is really too limited.

More than a CRM packed full of features and great to admin. Extremely well supported and comes with a community of awesome people!

I have since had to work with support for a few cases where we needed help related to storage reduction and the support team are fantastic. I got really great responses for what was quite an odd request related to one of our custom modules. So you can rest assured that if you adopt Sugar: its way more than what you traditionally think of as a CRM - hence their change to SugarAI! From an admin perspective you can do a huge amount of things to tweak the system to your bespoke prcesses, though from my experience I'd try to bend what you do now to match the system - later, you will thank yourself! Then after all that you can be assured of world class support whenever you need it, and whatever you need it for.
