Its features are both business and customer centered in that; It automates business processes by combining AI technological solutions chatbots and many more and this helps to automate work processes to improve labor productivity. It offers real-time monitoring through its analytical overview and then issues a detailed report employee KPI as well as contact center performance. This results in effective management and administration support. It easily integrates with a firm's ERP and CRM mobile app system and this increases customer satisfaction and employee efficiency The features are easily customizable with a user-friendly interface. Implementation is very fast and easy.

StringeeX provides a communication solution that's not reliable nor user friendly. The voice quality is unclear nnot ensuring conversations. The interface is not intuitive making navigation difficult for me.

They were quick to resolve any dropped call issues I encountered. The customizable features and user friendly interface make it an excellent tool for resource management. I have no complaints about this product and my only suggestion would be to add reporting capabilities.
