We follow EOS and were using another tool previously. As I talked to Strety about what they could do, I decided to look further. The integration into Teams made it a no brainer to make the switch. We are all in Teams all day, so when we need to add something to an agenda it is easy to pop in and add it. We also like the way that when we create a To Do it automaticall adds a ticked assigned to the user in our PSA tool.

Overall solution functionality is fantastic and easy to learn and use, with minimal administrative overhead. The HR review functionality puts managers in the drivers seat, ties to existing company Rocks, Values and Scorecards and ensures cross-functional visibility and input for team member development. The team at Strety is incredibly responsive and is thoughful re: the development of additional features (read: time savers). Overall has allowed us to transition our long-time use of EOS into a true driver of our business.
