Excellent Onboarding and a Streamlined Review Process

The onboarding is really good. It gets you into the product quickly, explains things clearly, and doesn’t make you fight the UI to figure out what to do next. The feedback and markup tools are straightforward, and keeping comments, versions, and approvals together makes the whole review process much less annoying.
