I like that it has a Google extension that lets you quickly grab a walkthrough demo right from your browser. Their UI/UX is also quite easy to follow. Regarding performance, it mostly works; I haven't had any big issues with it. One thing I really liked is that it can also be integrated with HubSpot so that you can get details quickly.

Ease of use We had a working demo on our site the same day we signed up. The Chrome extension captures screens, the editor is pretty self-explanatory, and our marketing team figured it out without needing product to walk them through it. I'd budgeted a week for setup and didn't need it. Customer support Had an embedded demo break on a client's site once. Their support got back within a few hours with a fix that actually worked, not a scripted response. That's happened a couple of times now. Feels like you're talking to people who use the product themselves rather than reading from a troubleshooting doc.
