Through easy conversations, they find the level of integration that works for you to get the most out of their product. Having said that, if things change as they often do, they can easily pivot to make sure that is still the case. Great value.

The widget on our website is also helpful, allowing seamless interactions with customers, where humans can jump in to take over conversations. The bulk WhatsApp sending feature is really cool, and I find it quite useful for sending marketing messages to hundreds of clients at once. It was a great improvement for my business because msgboxx doesn't limit the number of users and integrates well with other tools like HubSpot and GoHighLevel. Moreover, the support from Stitch AI is exceptional; they're knowledgeable and build new tools to fit our use case. Setting up was quick and efficient, and it's very easy for people to learn, which is beneficial for onboarding in both small and larger team settings.
