Stensul really makes it easy to create beautiful marketing emails. It is very user friendly and easy to use, and allows for a lot of customization without needing to know how to code/HTML. I love that there are set templates and modules that you simply drag and drop into your campaign -- this makes for really aesthetic and clean designs that are consistent across each email and also you don't need to think twice about designing. I use Stensul weekly and have been using it for over 2 years now and I love that I can just copy an older campaign to make a new one so I don't even ever have to start from scratch. I have not had to utilize customer service at all but that just goes to show I have not needed it, so that's good news!
