Since we started our collaboration with Stack Tome we have managed to significantly improve our Trustpilot rating. Thanks to its easy integration with our system and at the same time its APP with Zendesk, it allows us to manage positive and negative reviews in an efficient and AI-automated way. We appreciate the proactivity of the staff in proposing ideas to improve and take benefit of using that tool. Highly recommended.

Speaking from a technical side of things the amount of integration options between StackTome, our ecommerce platform, support software and Google suite don't exist anywhere else. Setup and support from Evaldas and the team has always been quick and clear and they also go the extra mile to think of future use cases, account for them, and offer new features and changes as them come available. Automating the review process and replies into our Zendesk and customer service team is saving us heaps of time and allowing us to engage with our customers more. The platform itself is very easy to use, and initial setup from StackTome was very easy for us.

The idea behind it is brilliant, much easier to use, much more review centric. Most review tools require a PHD before you can use it fully, with Stacktome you can start collecting reviews in 5min, super easy implementation and after 20min you have everything the way you want it, with better customer care (Thank you Evaldas), and for a lot less money. After setup I never used the tool again and the reviews just flow in. It integrates well with Shopware and Shopify as well.
