Easy to use with great function and phenomenal support

|SSH PrivX
It's the primary system I work with, and it is a joy to use for the sheer ease of it. In addition, if I do encounter problems during use, setup of architecture or just have general questions, the support for the system is phenomenal. The replies are fast, interested and where it's possible they give out a bug report code so I can keep track of bugs I've encountered and whether they have been resolved in a release or if I have questions I have something to relate to.
