They are US Based so easy to connect. They are timely and professional and so easy to work with!! We initially setup background packages and can update those at any time. We have a dedicated Account Rep who is awesome!

I find SRA Screening to be very easy to use, which is great since I work with people who have different levels of comfort with technology. The system's convenience and efficiency are very helpful, as everything is completed in one system, which streamlines our pre-employment processes. I really appreciate the support from Lauren Bell and her team; they've been phenomenal in helping us and are very responsive when I have questions. This support gives me peace of mind when handling candidates' information. Using SRA Screening for our background and drug screening has been flawless so far, and the process is user-friendly and straightforward. It adds value because it allows people to move swiftly through the process without confusion. The ease of the initial setup was also nice; it was simple to get started.
