I love how Spott makes every single one of my workflows incredibly seamless. It just makes my life so much easier by making it easier to track candidates, deals, and have a better record of all my jobs. I'm seriously so much more productive with this tool. I like most that Spott is completely and totally AI-native, it's not tacked on as an afterthought, and it's so efficient. It streamlines all of my thoughts and processes, making matching candidates with my open roles so much easier. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and the team was helpful in transferring anything I wasn't able to do myself. It's perfect for a lean team, and I feel as I scale, my team will be able to use it efficiently. I honestly recommend it to every single recruiter I talk to.

What I really like about Spott is that everything is integrated into the software and its easy and intuitive to navigate into the software. You can access the features across different tabs, which is really nice. The AI features also save me a lot of time. for example the matching tool helps me quickly decide which candidates are a good fit. Overall it’s a great software!
