Straightforward enough travel booking software
It's very user friendly. I'm easily able to punch in my dates and destination. I like that it auto populates the names of airports after I type in just one or two characters. I also like the option to select a round trip so that I can pick one airline for my departure and maybe a different airline for my return. It's very simple to customize my results if I would only like to see nonstop flights in my results. My experience has been positive enough that I've never required customer support.

The platform is SO easy to use - it made booking my work travel extremely simple, easy, and pleasant. I even had to change a flight after the fact and the process was extremely smooth. 10/10 would recommend
