Easy interface and great customer service. The built in reports are helpful

Spendwise is user-friendly and very easy to learn. I personally set up new users and send them our training video, and I’ve only heard positive feedback from our staff. They tell me how simple it is to use, and they really love the functionality. I use Spendwise every day since I monitor purchases and handle all Accounts Payable. I especially love how easy it is to look up past PO’s by person, amount, or date (I use that function a lot). PO’s are also very fast and easy to create. When we have recurring purchases, I can quickly copy an old PO to carry the information over and just update the date. The features I use most are copying, printing, and looking up past PO’s. Overall, it makes the process smooth and efficient for everyone on staff. Customer Support is the amazing! Tyler is great to work with. Any time I have a question, he is quick to answer and help me through any issues I may have.
