--Streamlined Expense Management with Minor Hiccups
I like how Spendesk is really usable and intuitive. The app is great for making approving expenses and adding receipts far easier. It's super useful to have all our accounts payable in one place. The fact that it integrates very well with NetSuite simplifies our month-end process significantly. We use Spendesk across our group entities for bookkeeping, expenses, approval requests, and invoice payments, which helps us keep everything clearly documented.

Finance team review of Spendesk
It automatically nudges approvers to approve invoices and expenses once they’re submitted, and it lets us categorise everything by cost centre. It also auto-records the invoice information, so we don’t have to type it all out ourselves. Instead of us having to chase approvers it, which saves a lot of finance team on the review stage.
I also like how it's very easy to upload my own expenses and it will auto categorise it and send it for review in seconds
We find the pricing very competitive with the market as well.
