What I like best about Spacebring is that it brings the key parts of managing our coworking community together in a way that is intuitive for both our staff and our members. Managing memberships, room and space bookings, member accounts, and day-to-day activity requires less manual intervention than other platforms we've experienced, which makes a real difference for a small team.

I appreciate that Spacebring is ever-evolving and focuses on making processes easy for clients. The ability to customize and adjust things really helps make the booking and ordering process smoother. I find it very beneficial that we can seamlessly book clients even if they're walk-ins, and plan ahead with invoicing and payments. It's also great that the client's details are quickly integrated into the system, allowing us to assist them more efficiently. I like the specific features for onboarding in the hot desk area and boardroom bookings. It's reassuring to know that once you input a date and time, the cost evaluation automatically generates, enabling us to quickly send invoices to clients.
