Earlier we constantly had issues in the office among our employees on how to reserve desks in the offices and how to track room bookings. Everything was manual and we were struggling with doing double work: booking everything on behalf of our team and making sure that everyone had a place to work today, and also conducting our regular job. We were looking for some tool to automate bookings in the whole space for us and we didn't want to hire an extra person for that.
