You can create as many categories as you need, like priority jobs, pending responses or simply put some categories to store mails and find them some months latter like HR team or IT incidences. Some features as put a due date or plan your day are so helpful.

I really like how for a personal user the plugin is free. I have been looking for a plugin for gmail that allows you to do reminders on email. We have all been in situations where you know after emailing someone they probably won't read it and you need to followup. This tool allows you to easily set reminders in Gmail which is a feature Gmail is lacking. You are also able to quickly and easily turn your emails into tasks. As someone that enjoys crossing items off a list, this sets up a cycle for success for me.
