I actually found this software because I had so much audio to transcribe and after sitting and attempting to transcribe by rewinding and listening to my audio - I was considering finding an affordable transcriptionist. I found Sonix.ai and I literally had hours of audio transcribed in MINUTES about FIVE!!!!! MINUTES for HOURSSSS So yea, very excited about that. Also love that the transcription comes with audio markers - so if there’s a part that isnt clear, you can just click on the audio and you listen to that specific section instead of having to scroll through the main file searching... ALSO, you can download the transcription as a WORD document!!!! ALSOOOO, the price! It’s quality service at an assessable price. ALSOOOOO, customer service interaction has been pretty awesome (Thanks TAYLOR!!)

I like how accurate the application is and its ease of use. I like how you can edit while listening to the audio.
