I use Sonar for work and everyday tasks. I've found that it helps organize all of our software and customer base effectively. Sonar also links up with CNMisha, a monitoring system for Cambium Networks, which is quite beneficial. Overall, it does a really good job of helping field techs stay organized, remain on task, and easily reach any device they need while in the field. Sonar has become an all-around tool for us, replacing the need for using four or five different apps by keeping everything in one app, which is great for organization and obviously saves time. It's very malleable to what you need as far as service goes and how you can use it. While it can be a bit difficult to set up, having an IT professional can help greatly, and once it’s set, it’s fantastic, especially if you're using multiple apps to function your everyday business life.
