Amazing Team with Excellent Attention to Detail

They are very thoughtful in their communications making sure I am always up to date on the latest progress. Even with the big time zone difference, we were able to implement a communication system that allowed us to communicate effectively and now allow the time zone difference to slow the work down in any way. They do not over-promise and set realistic timelines for projects which helps a great deal in working with our customer's and setting proper expectations. I've also seen them immediately jump on anything urgent and work quickly to resolve things. They really are a fantastic group to work with. They have been very good at working around my schedule, especially when I have caused them to have to wait on information from me.
