We use the Design & Proposal Software to prepare the system design, review the project outputs, and present the offer in a professional format. We have both office and field teams using the CRM & Designer Module on a daily basis, and the fact that everyone works on the same platform makes a real difference. Our office staff handles the proposals and customer follow-ups, while our field teams track project progress on their end; it all stays in sync. The Organization Management structure also fits well for a company like ours; managing our internal teams and dealer network from one place saves a lot of back and forth.
