I like that softwriters continually tries to improve the Framework LTC experience. Framework LTC is a big piece of machinery with a lot of moving parts. Overall, my life has been much easier since switching to Framework LTC, however even though the product is great, I like that softwriters is dedicated to trying to improve it.

FW is great getting the software to intergrate with other technologies and eMARs.

What I like best about FrameworkLTC is the functionality available. It offers tons of functions to allow you to run your pharmacy as you need. Any time there is a question, I feel confident that I can reach out to the support team and get a prompt response to resolve any issues. FrameworkLTC integrates with a wide range of products, including but not limited to the other products in their software suite. At Guardian, we primarily utilize FrameworkLTC on a daily basis and it is very important to have a product that is functional and reliable. Users find the product easy to use in most situations, but for the more involved functions, I am excited to see the release of Framework University in the near future. Implimenting the product will be a breeze for any new or existing pharmacy and will make a great addition.
