There are a number of features bulit into the system and several outside products that integrate with the software making it easy to help clients. There are certain processes that make it easy to do large volume tasks, such as cycle fill. The ECM queue that integrates with LTC is an electronic document tracker making it easy to retreive in the archive. All parts of the presctiption process have worfklow tracking to follow where your order is. Customer support is typically quite attentive to my tickets and helping me work through the issues.
