I appreciate SocialCoach for its intuitive and easy-to-use technology, making the setup process smooth. It has streamlined our operations by consolidating three vendors into one. I find its social media capabilities, especially for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, exceptional. The video capabilities and compliance keyword monitoring significantly enhance our work, especially in a regulated mortgage lending space. As a leader I like the compliance benefits and the ability to easily push out social content for loan officers. I also love the video catalyst functionality that helps lower the barrier of entry for people who want to do video but don’t have the time or skills to edit. The price point is so much better than paying for video editing. As a user, I’m a super fan. I like to get creative and add my own B roll, do voiceovers, etc and the social coach editors always nail it. My kids’ friends all ask me how I edit my videos that I post because they are so good! It makes it easy to lead by example on social media for my team.
