I appreciate Smartly for its excellent and friendly support that solves every issue and makes the effort to understand my needs. I also like the easy-to-understand and use interface along with the many functionalities that I am yet to discover. The initial setup was very easy and frictionless, which was a big plus. Smartly has been a great tool for ads automation for Meta and Google, especially solving the burden of creating a lot of ads in a single run and offering functionalities like customizing catalog images that Meta doesn't provide.

Easy to Use with Robust Ad Creation Tools
I like that Smartly is easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The most useful features for me are the image, video HTML templates which I use to create my ads. I also really appreciate the workspace environment and the reporting capabilities that it offers. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, which made the transition seamless.

Smartly Elevates Campaign Management with Ease
I really like the PBA feature because it helps me keep multiple campaigns under the same umbrella goal. It lets the algorithm decide where to invest the most, so I don't have to keep adjusting budgets. I also like the trigger functions, which are super flexible and help me automate my campaigns. The image template function connected to a feed is great too; it can be as simple as a spreadsheet and allows us to automate a lot.
