I really liked the clean UI and must have functionalities. The clutter to my team was less and they were able to focus on exactly what they need to work on and no distractions. We also had a small dashboard which gave a bigger picture in terms of progress and tasks which are delayed with of course the option to nudge users to get their task falling behind to be completed. This is a go to app for us on a daily basis.

SOPs being created and gathering dust on a drive location is a thing of the past. SOPs can be made operational and be tracked to closure. What's more, I can add conditions and execute relevant portions of my SOP

Playbooks has been a big help in driving adaptability of new processes across our functions. It brings about making a change in processes seamless! Automating the followups and clearly identifying responsibilities of every individual or function responsible for their part in the process chain.
