I use Smartico.ai for our onsite notifications and mini-games for our players. I really like the Smartico CMS and dashboard, especially its mini-game builder which is great because it offers both basic game creation and more advanced options using custom HTML5 if needed. Smartico allows us to communicate fast and effectively with our entire player base in real-time and avoid unnecessary email sends. Its feature that lets us communicate across multiple brands using a single multi-brand template, which automatically includes the correct branding for each, is amazing. These features are valuable to us because they require very little effort to integrate. I was able to learn how to create mini-games in just one afternoon and make the design align with our brands. The support from Smartico is fantastic, and we have our own assigned account managers.

I like their 5 tools for gamify my operation. Like missions, badges, points, leadboards, shop. They are useful for me to gamification mechanics that reward my players for increased gameplay.

Gamification is outstanding and i love the simplicity of it.
