Camera option and ability to send directly to our clients

During our use with LoadProof we have been able to pass on damage claims to transportation carriers. Also we have used it against incorrect inventory short claims. We use it to retrain associates if loads were secured incorrectly on trailers.

LoadProof has been a game-changer for our brand's experience in utilizing 3PL fulfillment providers for freight storage and shipments. Previously, the 3PLs would have to take photos of each load and upload it to an email or to a shared folder for us to receive the photos. It was a manual and tedious process that could result in the 3PL either forgetting to upload the photos and/or providing poor-quality photos. LoadProof is a much quicker and more intuitive platform that gives us the info/photos we were hoping for. LoadProof gives us confidence and peace of mind knowing that we'll be able to confirm that freight shipments are being handled as expected. And that if an issue does arise, such as damaged freight while in transit, we can use LoadProof to identify the issue to find out if it was due to poor packing/stacking, poor pallet wrapping, poor loading, aggressive driving by the truck driver, etc.
