We use the tool for daily bookings. We are still in the initial phase, the employees are currently testing and we will start on 1 February. One really nice feature is the trust box. Where employees can send us anonymous messages. The support is amazing - you can send questions to the person and AI Boot via the tool. If you need another call, it's no problem - it usually happens the next day. That's a huge plus for us.
